General terms and conditions

This contractual document governs the purchase and provision of services through the website shoptesto.com, owned by shoptesto(hereinafter, the “Provider”). By agreeing to this document, the user confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood the contents of this document.
  • Have the right to purchase specific goods or services. We recommend that users be of legal age (18 years or older).
  • Accept all obligations set forth in this document.

The terms specified herein are of indefinite validity and apply to all contracts concluded through the website shoptesto.com. The Provider reserves the right to make unilateral changes to these terms and conditions, which will not affect products or promotions purchased before such changes, except in cases of error.

CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

This contractual document sets out the terms of sale between the Provider and the user, provided the latter accepts the terms indicated at the time of placing an order.

A sales contract entails the provision of a specific product or service at the price published on the website.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The terms and conditions presented on this page apply exclusively to orders placed through the website shoptesto.com.

The currency used for payments is the U.S. Dollar (USD).

The listed price of each product includes applicable sales taxes or other taxes where required. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars ($).

The prices for each product listed on the site are applied automatically at the final stage of the purchase process and include all associated costs such as taxes, shipping, and additional services. Please note that the prices of certain products may vary in real time; such changes will be communicated in advance.

After each payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the user registered with the Provider. The purchase invoice will be available to view or download in the customer’s shoptestoaccount on the day following completion of the transaction. No invoice or packing slip is attached to the product package.

Product availability in stock is subject to final confirmation by the Provider and will initially be indicated next to each item.

The customer may check the status of their order at any time through their account.

Placing an order with shoptestois simple—just follow a few steps:

PURCHASE PROCESS

1 – Product selection

Browse our site using the various categories and filters. When you find a product that interests you, add it to your cart.

You can then go to the cart or continue shopping. Once you’ve finished selecting items, proceed to your cart.

2 – Cart

At this point you can add or remove items from the cart, apply discount codes, and save items for later.

3 – Shipping address and confirmation

If you are already registered, simply log in using the provided link. Otherwise, if you are a new customer, please fill in all required fields.

Then select the shipping and payment methods and apply a discount code if you haven’t already.

Please read the general terms and conditions and the privacy policy and accept them.

In the final step, confirm the purchase by clicking the “Submit Order” button.

Once this process is complete, you will receive a unique order number and an email with the purchase details at the address you provided.

If you find an error in your order, contact our support team using the phone numbers or email provided.

If your bank declines the order placed with your credit card, it will be automatically canceled and you will need to place the order again using a different payment method or card.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered according to the method you choose:

Items will not be shipped until full payment has been made and confirmed by the Provider. Until then, the purchase is considered incomplete. This rule does not apply where the user has chosen cash on delivery (if offered). In such cases, the contract is considered concluded when the Provider sends an order confirmation email.

The Provider informs the customer that the selected product may be out of stock. If so, the Provider will source the product from an authorized distributor, which may delay delivery to the customer by up to 15 days from the date the Provider receives payment. However, the Provider will inform the user in advance.

There may also be situations where the product is in stock but the quantity is insufficient due to high demand. In such cases, delivery will be processed in the order in which orders are received. Customers who have not yet received their orders will be informed of this and of the estimated delivery times by phone or email.

Delivery of the goods is considered completed at the time specified on the invoice.

RETURN RIGHTS

Case 1: Refund for incorrect or incomplete address data

If an order cannot be delivered due to insufficient or incorrect address information, the costs associated with the return will be deducted from the refund amount for the returned item.

Case 2: Order cancellation

Once confirmed, an order cannot be modified or canceled. However, in some cases, changes or cancellations may be made through customer service while the item has not yet been processed (i.e., before it leaves our logistics centers).

If the customer wishes to cancel an order that has already been processed (i.e., the goods have already been shipped), they will be required to cover the shipping costs incurred due to the cancellation.

Case 3: Right of withdrawal (store policy)

All items purchased from shoptesto.com can be returned and refunded provided you notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 calendar days of receipt. The following requirements also apply:

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

  • For returns, we recommend using the original cardboard packaging in which the item was received to ensure adequate protection. If the original packaging is not available, the customer is responsible for returning the item in suitable protective packaging so that it arrives at our warehouse in good condition.
  • Returned items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received, i.e., with all original packaging, instruction manuals, and accessories.
  • The amount paid for items will be refunded. Please note that returns shipped cash on delivery are not accepted under any circumstances.
  • We do not process returns on clearance items.
  • No refunds will be issued for food products once opened.
  • Sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and that have been opened after delivery will not be accepted for return.
  • Masks cannot be returned for health and/or hygiene reasons.
  • Accessories sold in addition to main products are not eligible for return.
  • Once the request to cancel the order has been received, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the returned items. The return request must be submitted no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used by the customer or, if this is not possible, by bank transfer. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer and/or user.
  • A copy of the invoice must be included in the shipping box containing the returned items.

If the purchase was made by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer. The buyer must provide all information necessary to process the return. The customer assumes all costs and risks associated with returning the product as indicated above.

All sizes and formats of products presented on our website are subject to change due to presentation updates or minor adjustments in descriptions. Please note that there may be a delay between the arrival of new products and the update of information on the site. Since the link remains unchanged, refunds are not issued in these cases.

Case 4: Right to return defective or damaged goods

If, upon receipt, you find that the goods do not conform to the terms of the contract, are defective, or were damaged during delivery, you may file a claim within 7 days of receipt by following the steps provided.

Please follow these guidelines:

  1. Please take a photo of the item so we can assess any damage or defects that may have occurred during shipping.
  2. Please take photos of the packaging materials on both sides and of the shipping label. Note the overall condition of your order upon arrival. This information is necessary to file a claim with the delivery service.

A partial return and/or cancellation of your order may result in a partial refund of the amount paid. In the case of a partial return, shipping costs will not be refunded. Funds will be refunded to the same account of the person who placed the order, or in the form of discount points you can use on future purchases.

WARRANTY

All products shown are original, come with a manufacturer’s warranty, and are generally free of defects. Products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty (for non-food items), starting from the date of delivery. Where the warranty applies, the product may be repaired, replaced, discounted, or refunded under the conditions established by law. The warranty is void if the warranty data or proof of purchase is altered or replaced. Please note that the warranty does not cover defects resulting from abuse, impact, misuse, unauthorized intervention, or normal wear and tear.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the UK. The Provider and the User agree to submit any disputes arising in connection with the provision of products or services under these terms and conditions to the courts of the User’s domicile within the United States. In addition, the parties may resort to arbitration procedures provided by applicable arbitration and consumer protection laws, as well as use out-of-court dispute resolution procedures established by codes of conduct or other self-regulatory standards.
