However, please note that if the package has not been received and has not yet been returned to us, we cannot issue a refund. Refunds will be processed only after the package has been returned to our location. If your order was not received due to your fault (the address was entered incorrectly, the order was not picked up in time, the order was refused, you were unwilling to collect it, or other similar cases), you will need to pay the delivery cost again so we can resend it.
